What can be refunded, chargebacks, and what to do on payment failures.

  • Незавершённый платёж на форме банка можно просто закрыть — баланс не меняется.
  • Остаток рекламного счёта на карту не выводится.
  • Оплаченные и уже оказанные услуги (клики, выполненные задания и т.п.) не возвращаются.
  • Chargeback через банк уменьшает рекламный счёт; при минусе появляется задолженность. Счёт заработка не трогается.

По правилам сервиса неиспользованный рекламный баланс на карту не возвращается. Используйте его в кампаниях. Исключения по техническому сбою — только через сверку с банком.
