Sign-up, login, profile, security, and linking social accounts.
Sign-up and login
- Classic form: e-mail, password, and username.
- Quick login: Yandex ID, VK ID, Google (if enabled by the admin).
- You can enter a referral ID at sign-up or follow a link like
?r=ID. - Your referrer is locked in once; you cannot change it yourself.
Profile
Section Personal data:
- Nickname, country (ISO-2), contact, interests, birth date, education, about you.
- Your avatar appears on your wall and in comments.
- Azvox UID is required for internal Azvox transfers and withdrawals to your UID.
Security
- Change password: Security.
- Recovery: “Forgot password?” on the login page.
- Resend e-mail activation from a separate link on the login page.
- Never share your password or codes from e-mails, even with “support” in third-party chats.
Common issues
| Situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| “E-mail already registered” | Log in or reset your password. For social login, use the same e-mail. |
| E-mail not arriving | Check spam, wait a few minutes, request activation again. |
| Invalid Azvox UID | Digits only, no spaces or letters. Find UID in the Azvox app → profile. |
